My Story: How Leadership Coaching Embraced Me!
It all started four years ago in 2020 when my inspirational wife, whose intuition I deeply admire, introduced me to the world of ICF coaching. Little did I realise, this would spark a journey that would forever change my life for the better. After completing 60 hours of ICF professional coaching, I entered a three-year self incubation period. Then one ordinary day in February 2023, as I sat at my desk replying to a routine work email, I heard a whisper: “What about coaching?” I turned around to realise that I was alone! Even today, remembering that incident gives me goosebumps that I cannot comprehend. When I shared it with my wife later, she calmly said “I’ve always believed coaching was your path. Maybe this is a sign from God and the Universe.” That moment shook something in me and soon after, right doors opened, right people showed up and opportunities began appearing, and before I knew it, in November 2023, I founded Selah Consulting Solutions to fully embrace my new calling as an Executive and Leadership Coach.
My vision today is being committed to learning, unlearning, and growing, with an aspirational goal to be in the Top 1% of Executive and Leadership Coaches in India. My mission is to help leaders globally transform into the best versions of themselves. I work with leaders using my unique personalised coaching pathway grounded in my philosophy of Pause, Reflect, and Evoke to inspire lasting, positive change—within themselves, their teams, and their organisations. I draw on my two decades of corporate experience in senior leadership roles to ensure that coaching is both practical and deeply rooted in the realities of corporate life.
It’s been an incredible journey so far! Along the way, I’ve been honored with accolades such as being named one of the ‘50 Under 50 Inspirational Leader’s, LinkedIn Top Coaching and Mentoring Voice, and India’s Top HR 101. I’ve actively contributed to the HR space as a Top Author in All Things Talent HR magazine. I also hold the prestigious LinkedIn Blue Badge for my contribution to the community as a Top Executive Leadership Coach.
